10/10. Both veggie and full Scottish breakfasts were delicious (neither of us loved the beans as little hard so next time id ask to switch them out). Service was amazing and just a really enjoyable experience

Having given the original Edinburgh Larder such high praise I was keen to give their new store a go. My wife, daughter and I went here for breakfast a few months back. My wife got the full Scottish which rated highly with their good quality ingredients. The only downside was the beans which were lacking that touch of sweetness. I went for the chilli brisket Benedict’s. The eggs were well cooked but I found the beef was missing something. The flavour was a little bland in my opinion. We couldn’t fault the service. It was on the expensive side but what’s not expensive these days. I will like to go back and give this place another go as the breakfast I had at their other store was one of the best I’ve ever had.

Beautiful little restaurant with stellar service! Food and coffee was great. Took the Full Scottish breakfast to try it out, it was massive and delicious! I failed miserably when trying to finish it, but every item on the plate was fantastic. Overall a truly 5 star experience

I’ve been coming here for nearly a year, and the quality of the service and the food has always been consistently excellent. The Larder is the perfect place for a coffee and a chat, as well as a nice breakfast to start your day. Their eggs benedict is the best one I’ve had in the UK, and their kitchen is very adjustable to any changes of the dish you want. 10/10 recommended, will be back (again) :).

We had an absolutely delicious breakfast here on a Saturday morning. We were two people and were lucky that there was a table free as it was really busy. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The breakfast and coffees were amazing! Highly recommend!
